I haven't ordered from logitech, only gotten a warranty part once (which was quick), but Amazon is notoriously slow on shipping. I bought a book from amazon (not a private seller, actually amazon) and got 3 day shipping. It still took them a week and a half to "ship" it. Then it took 3 days.
