What your looking at is the log file from the nightly "Look for new and changed music" rescan not log file from a full "Clear library and rescan everything" scan. A rescan does take about 90 minutes, as you have correctly figured but a full scan takes well over 8 hours. However I'm not doing a full scan just to produce a log file.
