Agree. but they do read those posts and occasionally respond. They don't read this forum at all. Yes a couple of the developers stop by here, but they aren't the "complaint" department. And yes, if you want help from experienced users, this is the place to be, not the official forum. As Erland often points out, complaining here does not register with logitech support.
