Of course you can do it - not sure why you would though?
The folly would lie in keeping the content synchronised (assuming that
IS what you are doing?).

If you have a real SBS server, the inbuilt Touch server has little
appeal except maybe to temporarily load stuff from a USB stick when a
friend pops round with a new album.

If it's a case of wanting to keep 2 separate libraries, that can be
done on SBS (with plugins)
