Are you trying to connect them to SBS on a computer?  
If running on a PC or Mac go to SBS > Remote Control > Diagnostics,
what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's?
Trued disabling your anti virus & firewall?  Reboot the entire network
including players?

On the Touch go to My Music, does it offer your SBS server?  Don't use
the SBS web UI to grab the players, that is broken.
