Are you trying to connect them to SBS on a computer? If running on a PC or Mac go to SBS > Remote Control > Diagnostics, what is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's? Trued disabling your anti virus & firewall? Reboot the entire network including players?
On the Touch go to My Music, does it offer your SBS server?
