Both Players are apparently connected to mysqueezebox.com Are your mysb.com login entered into your SBS settings ? (there is a tab for that )
Wich server version ? usually you can fetch the players from mysqueezebox.com within SBS they should appear in the player tab as "on mysqueezebox.com" . But this is broken in some versions. But I concur with Toby here some network or firewall issue SBS usually broadcast its presence via port 3483udp Have you rebooted the router in a while ?
