Hi, Set up Sb touch for the first time today. My last unit was replaced under warranty because it wouldn't power up so the fact that I am having difficulties with this new unit are making me nervous.
Okay so went through the set up procedure, no problems with getting onto my network and added spotify with no problem, all looks well until I try and play anything...nothing happens! It goes straight onto the playlist screen 'current playlist' and underneath it says Nothing. There is no sound output from either digital/RCA or headphone socket. Tries all three and tested used a CD player to test all settings on receiver/leads etc were okay. CD player worked perfectly. Went into test tones on the advanced setting section of the touch an these did output through my receiver. Very confused as to why I am not having any joy at this stage. Have tried all the various options available on sb touch not just spotify all with no sound. Additionally I also downloaded ipeng to use ad the remote this doesn't seem to be syncing with the actual unit but that is another issues for another day, first things first, sound is more important than using my iPad as a remote...for now anyway! Appreciate any advice, did a search of h forum first but didn't seem to find a similair problem posted before.
