not all NAS can run the SBS software needed ,check the 3rd party hardware forum for which mini servers plug computers and nas boxes that are in use ( vortexbox seems optimal as pluganplay for this ). It can actually be more struggle to use a NAS than installing som low power pc with a random linux distro and install SBS on it.
To get a feel for what the SBS serversoftware does, why not run it on a computer you already have, that costs nothing and gives you some experience -- Mnyb -------------------------------------------------------------------- Main hifi: Touch + CIA PS +MeridianG68J MeridianHD621 MeridianG98DH 2 x MeridianDSP5200 MeridianDSP5200HC 2 xMeridianDSP3100 +Rel Stadium 3 sub.
