Thanks JJ I will try what you have suggested I wasn't using a nas or a separate computer. I was trying to use the Sb directly. It's showing all the radio stations and all albums with associated art from Spotify so the unit is communicating well with my router which from what I have read seems to be the main stumbling block for most people. Don't really want to go down the warranty route again, been waiting for this replacement like a kid waiting for Christmas so would rather not have to wait another two weeks.
