I agree with Gaarym:
Depends on the system - in my case I find the Touch DAC quite good! I
tried various DACs (NAIM 2x, Cyrus, Moon) - they sounded different,
mostly they broght more details but also most of them
were(too)"brilliant".

The first DAC I really liked and brought a real positive difference (in
all respects) was the Metrum DAC.

I use the Touch mostly in the 100% volume control setting...

I am very happy with my setup. I think you might too, given that you
here with ProAc... ;-)
