I agree with Gaarym: Depends on the system - in my case I find the Touch DAC quite good! I tried various DACs (NAIM 2x, Cyrus, Moon) - they sounded different, mostly they broght more details but also most of them were(too)"brilliant". The first DAC I really liked and brought a real positive difference (in all respects) was the Metrum DAC. I use the Touch mostly in the 100% volume control setting... I am very happy with my setup. I think you might too, given that you here with ProAc... ;-) -- MCG555 Greetings from Switzerland - Markus :-) ---- Proac Response D15, B&W Sub ASW 610, Astintrew AT2000plus, SB Touch, Metrum Octave NOS Mini DAC ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MCG555's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=37801 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=93094 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
