the above examples indicate that you will assign 192.168.0.40 and
192.168.0.80 as manual IP addresses.  So when you turn your router's
DHCP server back to ON (after you're finished with the manual setting)
be sure to set the router's DHCP server to assign addresses above those
numbers. For example, perhaps the DHCP assigned range would be
192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.254.  This way the .40 and .80 are OUTSIDE
the DHCP range (which is what you want).
