I completely agree. The powerline approach does require certain wiring configurations and in some circuit configurations simply won't work at all. My house was built in 1918, but was completely rewired in 2009 (replacing the original knob & tube wiring!). I only use the powerline in one spot (I have cat6 virtually everywhere, but who knew that my wife wanted a Squeezebox Radio in her closet!!!!). I use this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007ILFFS6/ref=wms_ohs_product It is only very slightly warm to the touch. I use for several hours a day and in about 5 months of use, I've had zero issues. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ garym's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96387 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
