Well, actually I didn't think about any particular platform at all, but indeed, if the server is running on Windows, you should be fine with WMA in any case and probably won't have to do anything to play them with iPeng or SqueezePad, too, the server and Windows will take care of that. No problem here :) Sorry if I sounded confusing, but that's what I wanted to say.
The other statement were more of a general nature. For example, you can't just upload your wma files on the iPad to play them from there and yes, a Mac as a server might cause problems (I don't know. While I do use a Mac myself it's neither my server nor do I have many wma files). And yes, you are absolutely correct in assuming that all of this only matters when using your iPad as a player, not to remotely control the Squeezebox. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97366 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list Touch@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
