Try the following if you haven't done this: Unplug power to Touch, modem
and router. Leave unplugged for 5 minutes. Reconnect all power. You
should have to reset all your log ins. If the Touch has retained
previous setup information hold in button beneath power connector until
Factory Reset is displayed. Also, be sure you are logged in to
Mysqueezebox.com and that it shows the Touch as being connected.
