'The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to the lips.'
Prov 16:23
'He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he that ruleth his
spirit than he that taketh a city.' Prov 16:32
So today we learn another aspect of love which I would like to describe as
self-control. I believe self-control is an art becoz every single hour u face
some sort of temptation. In the context of the scriptures above, one should
learn to control wat they speak. It teaches us that it is better not to speak,
than to say the wrong thing out of anger.
It is said that it is very difficult to forget a word spoken to u, be it a
prophecy, affirmation, positive criticism or a curse or negative word. And
another thing, a word spoken cannot be reversed, not even nesorry chaiyo, once
u have said it ndizvozvo.
So I urge you guys to keep your heart and mind in the right state and take a
moment to think about wat u want to say before u say it. Chill a bit before you
speak guys, and make sure that there is calmness and tranquility in ur heart
and mind before u speak.

It is better not to say anything than to say something that would end up
offending someone intentionally or unintentionally.
