I think JavaScript programs are non-free when you can see the source, but  
it's without spaces and methods are named as letters or stuff like that. Also  
if the Script is non-trivial and licensed under something that forbids reuse.

So even if your script is non-trivial, but can be seen in readable form and  
is licensed properly it's still perfect I guess.
