Artistic License being FSF-nonfree and DFSG-free is another case,
although I'm not sure if it's still used for packages in current
releases of Debian.

The definitions of "Secondary Sections" and "Invariant Sections" in the
FDL should prevent this, although there were/are projects using it
incorrectly.
