I'm aware of the project.
It's a neat idea although I haven't quite figured out how that would work in
relations to laptops and features in practice. Obviously you see
differentiation in the market for laptops from high resolution screens,
different size screens, newer types of SATA, USB, etc. Not to mention
entirely new ports.
Hopefully they are able to pull something off although I'm not holding my
breath it'll be anything like we have at the moment or could replace the
majority of systems people have here.
However it's the right idea and it's the direction we need to be headed in.
