I do keep in mind that anything that i see and react to in the news is caused
by the content of my mind being restimulated by what i am observing.
i begin looking for what non life goal has such charge on it, find the life
goal that includes that non life goal and run the charge off by timebreaking.
for those not up to level 5 just timebreak the objects and people involved till
the news item can no longer cause a reaction in the mind.
We cannot change the world we can only change ourselves.
