I too have worked on all of the above except Sedona. When you say Hemisync, I presume to understand that you have worked on meditation. Is this true?

I have mentioned the value of meditation several times here on TROM and with it, it's particular advantages in going towards spiritual enlightenment and escape from the hidden control of the mind. I would be interested in knowing how you found that practice to be.

Hi Paul,

The Sedona method is basically letting go of feelings. In Scio terms you fully duplicate whatever feeling is there and then decide whether you want to let go or not.

Just duplicating an emotion gives a release from that emotion. It's similar to just being aware of being aware or TR-zero. It brings one into PT - if that were possible. PT is dependent on body perceptions and a time lag will always occur.

Hemisync, I haven't used as I truly would prefer if I could somehow disconnect from this thought universe without, something external, impinging on the brain.

I "think" "speculate" that hemisync (different sounds to left and right of brain) stills the brain and theta attention is not so much focused on the body/mind and the being can then observe without the body/mind. Those meditating; going "AUM" or focusing on breathing are doing similar.

I haven't had success with anything besides TROM but if you would like me to give references to OOBE etc - just say the word.

I remain intrigued that some are able to Astral travel whilst I can only do it accidentally.

From this moment forward I want to only do TROM.

Martin
