Mormons understand the meaning of those quotes, as do all right thinking people, but   .  .  . need I say more?

Are you calling all TTers not "right thinking" or JUST me?
PREJUDICED PRESUMPTUOUS and NOT RIGHT THINKING
WARNING for all TTers
Do not attempt to contradict Blaine or he might call you names also.
I have not heard any TTers agree with you, on this(the Father who WORKED OUT HIS OWN SALVATION). You better get to work and think up something better than just Character assination. Deal with the issue.
HOW DID THE FATHER "WORK OUT HIS OWN SALVATION)
Before he worked it out was he LOST?

OK so you have stepped up to the plate give us a lesson in what the words mean.

First tell us if there are "SIX" different meanings
Are there meanings, not fit for those that are NOT MEMBERS of the HOLY Melch. Preisthood and are too HOLY to disclose to GENTILES?

Waiting with baited breath for you to teach us what the words mean.
Heres your chance but you will not clue us in on the true meaning because this was a big bluff. Even if I was
Prejudiced
Presumptuous
Not Right Thinking
That does not nullify the TRUTH of the statements I have made.
You once said yourself even Satan sometime tells Truth
AND I am NO KIN of HIS, LDS are his Brother.
Please deal with issues rather than trying to DISCREDIT the MESSENGER!

Subject: [TruthTalk]LDS Elohim & Jehovah 2 sinners?

There are no direct quotes stating the 'god' of Mormonism was a sinner.
It follows, if you follow the teachings to logical conclusions
Judge for yourself...

Apostle Orson Hyde, "God our Heavenly Father was perhaps once a child, and mortal like we are, and rose step by step in the scale of progress, in the school of advancement; has moved forward and overcome, until He has arrived at the point where He now is" Journal of Discourses 1:123
Mortal means capable of Death.
Why are you mortal?
What did he OVERCOME?

1976 LDS manual "Achieving a Celestial Marriage, "... our Father in heaven was once a man as we are now, capable of physical death." p132

Apostle Bruce McConkie "The Father is a glorified, perfected resurrected, exalted man who worked out his own salvation by obedience to the same laws he has given to us so that we may do the same" A New Witness for the Articles of Faith, p 64
To be resurrected this god must have DIED!
If he needed to work out his salvation he must have been LOST!
He must have been a SINNER, cause he was LOST & DIED. ("wages of sin is death" Rm 6:23)
Jesus did not work out his own salvation!
"Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?" John 8:46

Apostle Bruce R. McConkie wrote, ". . .the process of gaining salvation is one of cleansing himself from sin. . ." MD p 536
Since the god of mormonism worked out his own salvation he must have cleansed himself from sin.

A god who was once a sinner, struggled with sin, the world, and the devil.
These ideas are EXTREMELY REPULSIVE
The One & ONLY TRUE God of the Bible
Was ALWAYS God Ps 90:2 "from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God"
Is HOLY JUST & PURE, was never never ever a SINNER!
PS 111:9 "holy and reverend is his name"

Dear Blaine and DaveH,

Do you believe that Father God himself sinned in the past, and that is
how he has knowledge of good and evil?

Do you believe that Jesus Christ himself also has sinned in his past?

Peace be with you.
