From: Graham Budd <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I am a Trinitarian. Again, let us not pretend the doctrine of the Trinity is somehow laid out bare and easy to see in Scripture. The church reflected for centuries on the topic before advancing to the views articulated by the Cappadocian Fathers (the Gregories and Basil the Great).
jt: There is no doctrine or even the word 'trinity' in scripture. However, the word Godhead is used to mean the same thing and you can find all three members of the Godhead in the OT scriptures way before the Cappadocian Fathers. judyt God allows the devil to raise up heretics to make his people study ---------- "Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer every man."
