Read the passage again, Izzy...

"You have heard that it was said, 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR and hate your enemy. But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on {the} evil and {the} good, and sends rain on {the} righteous and {the} unrighteous."

Use God as you example of how to deal with the lesbians, homosexuals, and that guy on TT who does won't listen... God causes His sun to rise and His rain (i.e., His blessings) to fall on ALL of mankind. Even the late Arafat. He doesn't give the sinner driving rain or sleet and then give His chosen people soft fluffy snowflakes and drizzles.

No doubt, Slade.  But love in a different (“tough love”) manner the unbeliever? That is the question. For example, should you really pray for anything other than salvation for the lost? Should you pray blessings on them if what they really need might be repentance? Get my drift? We know how to bless our Brothers, but sometimes I’m not sure about how to deal with my lost neighbors, such as the homos and the lesbians, etc. I know I just cannot fellowship with them like I can with the brethren, etc. (What fellowship has light with darkness?)  It’s a whole different kind of love, and not nearly so close up.  Like the difference between family and strangers. To me there is NO difference between brother and neighbor within the context of love. If we love our neighbor who is not a believer, just MAYBE they'll urn from their sin... including ARAFAT!
