I think that sometimes it is those who do not speak so
much that are the one's with more knowledge. Judy has
given up  on you (so to speak). I think maybe it's
just a matter of asking you the right questions. Or
even one question...Could you please explain your one
word response? 

I hope that I can apply "Ask and you will receive," to
this situation.
