No, we should not claim any such thing. Read Daniel and Isaiah. Nebuchadnezzar and Cyrus were Gentiles, and Cyrus was even called God's anointed and God's shepherd by the prophet. Egypt is said to have a part with Israel in the last days. Romans 1 also teaches that God has made his truth known to the ungodly. Lots of stuff on this, but you want me to keep this short, so how did I do? :-) At least I pointed you in the right direction, eh?
