What does it change? We had this discussion in IRC a while back and I'm
opposed to allow the complete reformatting of the information. I think
the consistent presentation of the information is very important.
Things like colors are fine, but I'm am not fine with the wholesale
restructuring of the presentation of the development artifacts and
documentation.
