Tonight I'll add the ability to override the stylesheet using the Todd
Farmer approved method (he's the CSS god that wrote the stylesheets) -
its similiar to what Eric posted but modified so all it works for most
browsers (as the browsers all work differently).  

Then, I'll also add an element to xdocs/project.xml so users can define
the other logo on the page (to replace the Jakarata one) which seems to
be the other concern.  

I'll work on this tonight.
