The discussion about colour has happened already, but I didn't see a real desicion made in the end. Assuming that we do allow colors to be modified (which is debatable, but I can understand why people would want it) how would we? All of that is controlled by stylesheets, and to the best of my knowledge they aren't parameterizable.
