Another item that contributed to the removal or rotting of the FM, WM,
and Jython support was the conditional build that existed. The code
for supporting those template frameworks wasn't compiled unless the
jars were present on the classpath. I now consider this a build
'anti-pattern' and would not like to see somthing like this back into
the mainline build for Turbine.
