It's not free, but I like it: Komodo IDE (http://www.activestate.com/komodo/). Komodo edit is MPL/GPL though. I would stay away from Eclipse/Pydev. It's so friggin' slow, it makes me gnash my teeth every time I have to use it. But if you have a decent computer and lots of RAM, you can give it a try.
