Switched the dns record to 91.121.1.84

I think we can shorten it a bit, in the rewrite rules I did I removed
the need for "index" at the end which looks more clean and easy to
remember:

easy_install -i http://tg.gy/214/index tg.devtools
VS
easy_install -i http://tg.gy/214 tg.devtools

also:

easy_install -i http://tg.gy/current/index tg.devtools
VS
easy_install -i http://tg.gy/current tg.devtools

You can actually enforce index inside the rewritten rule as the
packages will be downloaded from turbogears.org and not from tg.gy as
you are rewriting the domain too.
