Okay, some good news from all of this. I've updated every place on the site that said anything about doing "easy_install tg.devtools" to reference the current URL for the installation. I've updated the builds on Jenkins to include the URL. In And, as you can see if you go there, they are all working.
Now, we can at least say we have the docs right. Hopefully, we'll eventually manage to get a patch into setuptools and distribute to fix the underlying problems.
