I changed the doc to point to http://tg.gy/current instead of http://tg.gy/current/index/ as it is easier to remember (http://sourceforge.net/p/turbogears2/tg2docs/ci/2a4328e3a042c0fb5357792e138154c34e9d7086/).
This is also related to the fact that an user reported today that install following the docs didn't work due to the fact that http://tg.gy/current/index/ gives a 404.
