Luciano, Just to let you know that in principle Confluence Wiki software can deal with pages in Chinese and other languages using non-Western scripts.
The OSOA Wiki has some Chinese and Japanese pages, here is an example: http://www.osoa.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=416 The OSOA installation uses the Postgre database. Which one is being used by the Apache Wiki? Yours, Mike.
