If you provide full source with the binaries, or the source is available
the same place the binary is, there is no problem.  We find we have no
real reason to ship source with the binary for practical reasons, but it's
there anyway.

Suggest you look at flipcode.com.  I'd recommend GamaSutra, but their
stuff isn't all that great anyway and they've switch to subscription
model just to view articles.  This means they want to track who you are,
and if they want to know who I am, I don't really want them to know.
