did not realize this was still available somewhere. I'm glad you've found
it. This IMO should be required reading for anyone working on this sort
of thing. (That's a hint if you haven't read it, I have and it's highly
worth reading..)

We'd all be a lot better off if two-thirds of the industry's developers
had the introduction drilled into their heads to the point that they're
all going to have nightmares for years to come about opening strange
boxes.
