Yes. I am using the stock (default) multiplier of 13 with (FSB ) freq at
200MHz. However the memory speed is CPU freq divided by 7 for my case and
works out to be 372 and being DDR2 743MHz while my memory is rated as
800MHz. By  setting 210 MHz as FSB, multiplier at 13,  I get 2.7GHz and
785MHz. 

I can probably increase freq a little more. However even at this
210MHz EverestUltimate has recognised the CPU as 5200+. I reverted back to
defaults. 

I will experiment after I setup my system fully and is stable.
