As you mention: DDR2 configured to 743 MHz (for 800MHz max). With multiplier as 13, the effective FSB clockFreq is 785MHz. would suggest keeping DDR2 at 667 and fine tuning the rest of the parameters to achieve optimal (although slightly lower) performance rating. As you start using the applications and a memory/cpu profile can be established, it would be a good time, then, to tweak the settings to the higher side.
