First I fix the bug, after I will insert the theme in wiki.

The bug can be fixed.
The only problem is that I don't know as better to fix it.
Let me explain better:
the menubar in gtkcr can't be set separately for active window and inactive,
the engine don't admit it (if I'm wrong, please you correct me...if i'm not 
wrong it, can be it implemented in engine?). If I change the color in the 
titlebar of metacity, the color not result consistent with menubar. 
I have two solution:
1. change lightly the gradient only in the top of titlebar (of metacity frame);
2. use the same color for active and inactive windows as in the emerald theme.

To explain better and choose the best solution, I will post here the two 
solution.
And we will choose the best solution.
