mijns insziens zou ik ze niet "gratis" uitdelen... ik heb een schuif vol met
cisco/microsoft/bouwsalon/autosalon/Cebit sticks van 64mbyte tot 256mbyte

Mensen zijn te gretig met het verzamelen van "goodies"... (kijkend naar mijn
eigen schuif)
maar de canonical versie is gewoonweg te prijzig (20 euro)... ik heb onlangs
nog een 4gbyte "pinguin" stick gekocht in de aldi voor amper 7 euro (ik kon
het niet laten :-)

maar je zit wel met een 'investering'...
en koop je ze als vzw aan zonder btw...en reken je ze nadien door aan de
events;
of betaal je direct de btw... maar dan zit je met een grijze zone... je
koopt een 'lege' gepersonaliseerde stick aan  in bijv nederland aan 20% btw;
je voegt er ubuntu aan toe... je moet op je verkoopsprijs dan nog eens 21%
op de "belastbare toegevoegde waarde" bijrekenen? heb je 2 overheden
gesponsord? :-)
of je koopt/verkoopt ze niet als produkt maar als
merchandising/reklame/investering; zonder btw... boekhouding zoals
Lernout&Hauspie... elke balpen voor het personeel was een investering...
zitten hier creatieve boekhouders?
neem je de 1gbyte sticks... Ubuntu houdt er zich aan om bij 700mbyte te
blijven; ze laten hier met plezier pitivi en andere dingen voor vallen; en
een minimale afname van 100stuks...zit je toch al gauw aan 600 euro "slapend
kapitaal" dat je ergens moet vandaan halen/voorschieten...En zonder btw
nummer komt daar dan nog eens 20-21% bij...
