(correction: I meant Debian 4.0 -> 5.0)

I now made a quick new version 2.2-4ubuntu1 for Ubuntu 8.10 with Pre-
Depends removed at http://ppa.launchpad.net/timo-jyrinki/ppa/ubuntu (deb
http://ppa.launchpad.net/timo-jyrinki/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main).

I don't know it it would fix the problem or how it could be tested. I
assume that if one would add it to eg. /etc/apt/sources.list in 8.04
before upgrading, Update Manager would just disable the "3rd party
repository" for the duration of the upgrade as usual. apt-get dist-
upgrade could be tried, but it's not a supported upgrade method in
Ubuntu so it could easily fail because of other problems.
