Ah, right. I was specifically asking about Vcs-Bzr:, and with having
the implicit assumption in mind that it was pointing to a launchpad
branch with "ubuntu" in it.

The Debian imported Vcs-* fields are quite useless for doing Ubuntu
uploads indeed.
