Initially the inclusion of the extra fonts within the graphics meta was
just where we ought to probably put it.  I do see the benefit of moving it
(possibly organizing it at the same time somehow) to a more optional
installation process.

That being said, I'm fairly confident that adding 2500 more fonts on top of
the font meta could cause some slowdown for many programs.  It may even
trigger Inkscape to crash -- which, if the case, should be reported to the
Inkscape developers.

Bug description:
  A user reported this issue the Ubuntu Studio contact mail, and I found it was 
a fair point.
  We should minimize the fonts we distribute to an amount which is reasonable.
