Hi, today I was reading eclipse documentation and exploring some plugins 
hoping to find previous experiences but ... nothing! (I can not belive that 
we are the first boys with this problem). 

About A and B alternative, have you try them? Do they work?      
If that is yes then, how the eclipse platform links the <locale> with the 
correct help (en, es, ....)? 

Actually, I am not sure about what is the better option :(.
