I would at least like to get a placeholder page in for the new view with a 
screen snap.

Bleck?  I always try and add one code example if there is an API change.

Perhaps I am just not understanding, it sounds like you are saying that a lot 
of the docs are
already provided by Eclipse? If so I can withdraw my request.
