Hi Stanislaw,

i bought a "new" AT-AR215 at eBay. This one works nearly great with
your driver. There seems to be little problem with firmware uploading on
slower systems (like my old PII300):

Sometimes i've got this messages on my PIII1000 too, but after changing
ACK_TIMEOUT to msecs_to_jiffies(1500) in ueagle-atm.h it finally works
fine! I used the patch from "2005-07-25 20:19:25" against vanilla
2.6.13 (final) {ohci-hcd, preemption (low latency), big kernel lock and
timer frequency of 250Hz}

I also had to change vci to 32...
