It's already in TODO: * Automatic profile selection based on camera model and serial#.
I think this should include the choice of color matrix vs a real profile, and also set gamma/linear. As for the gamma/linearity settings, there are specified values for sRGB, and our defaults are different. If you change to the sRGB defaults, most people think the images look worse. I just added a TODO item to figure this out - but I think that it's really the combination of profile or matrix gamma linearity that should be the right-hand side of the lookup from camera model and serial number.
