I'm actually surprised UFRaw 0.15 reads the K7 files... UFRaw 0.15 is quite old... Which version of Exiv2 are you using? I'm guessing your Exiv2 version is probably too old... I'm using UFRaw from CVS here with Exiv2 0.18.2 and EXIF is written to the output JPEG when I'm converting your file. Also, does UFRaw 0.15 have a Color Matrix for the Pentax K7 camera?
