It did, I submitted a bug report for that a while ago.

That's just a matter of using exiftool to copy the tags from each source
DNG to the corresponding JPG file.  From what I've from you here and on
PentaxForums, I believe you can write this yourself, but drop me a line if
you want me to send you a bash script to do this.
