The UN Investigation team that wrote the recently released report about the plunder in the DRC should consider themselves especially lucky to have their offices in New York and not Kampala. If recent events are anything to go by, their offices would still be closed having suffered a major raid by AK 47 wielding soldiers in the name of "carrying out investigations".   How dare they?
